Back after 3 years… in Brazil!

It has been a while, but after three years I’m back in Cumbuco, Brazil. I arrived the 21st of October after a flight of 11 hours, with a small stop in Portugal. Everything went fine, all my equipment arrived in time and in an hour after my arrival I met my best friend Randy Hereman and his girlfriend Pauline Boussard.

I’m staying in pousada Oasis del Atlantico, five minutes walk from the centre of Cumbuco and just 10 steps away from the beach. The pousada has a big garden with some nice lounge areas and a big swimming pool.

A couple of days ago I did a big downwinder from Cumbuco to Paracuru, it’s about 45 km. It’s a pretty cool thing to do when you are here, you pass a lot of nice little fishing towns and a lots of good kite spots. If you are planning to do a trip, watch out for the rocks in the water!
