First days of KPWT Sylt
Posted on 06.17.09 / This post has one commentTogether with Ydwer I drove to Sylt, Germany to compete in the first KPWT stop of the year. After a 10 hour drive we arrived at the beach, with already some stands and event tents.
Day 1:
I passed the qualifiers and could enter the Main Event. The drawing decided that I’m up against Antoine Auriol and unfortunately I lost… I still had a pretty OK heat and landed my Blind Judge, Back to Blind, Slim Chance, Kiteloop Handle Pass, Kiteloop Slim Chance and a big board off. Winners of the singles are Mario Rodwald and Gisella Pulido.
Day 2:
No wind today, but enough for course racing, time to relax and eat some Bratwurst!

Peter Lubbinge 18.06.09 at 15:25Succes bas! Ik ga je volgen komend seizoen. Kom ook zeker nog een keer langs in Workum, de week was top! Het land heeft er een Kite-verslaafde bij hoor;)!
